Are there any wireless Air Cards that dont make you pay a monthly fee?

I work for a wireless company and if you are speaking about a wireless card that communicates with cellphone towers to give you internet access, then the answer is no.  It would be similar to having a cellphone.  You do a 1 or 2 year contract where you have a monthly bill.  Most companies charge anywhere from 49.99-69.99/month.  Some companies offer a daily access option meaning you only pay for the days you use ($10-$15/day).  If you are reffering to a wireless card to connect to existing internet using a wireless router, there is no fee for that nor do you have to signup through a company (it is self provisioned) hope this helps!
