Air cleaners

Question

Despite the hardwood floors, Hepa air cleaner and windows that are never opened, I still have a problem with dust accumulation in my home office (where I work for 10+ hours a day). What is the consensus on the best choice for an air cleaner that will mostly eliminate dust and pollen? Thanks!
