I came in from out of town today and my house was 86 degrees. It was blowing air but it was not cold and the outside unit was not on at all. I checked the breakers and nothing wrong. I cut the breakers anyway to see if that would do anything and the results were backwards. Now the outside unit runs, but the inside unit will not blow air at all. What is the problem?
