  1. the major comparison is the temperature of the air... u can think about it

  2. This has been done numerous times already, and here's what we find.

For one thing, CO2 is much lower. We're at 380 ppm today, It was below 300 ppm before the 1600s.   We were nearing the end of an interglacial period when CO2 concentrations are at their highest, a cycle which repeats within every 200,000 years.  However, since the Industrial revolution, CO2 concentrations are now at the highest they have been in over 600,000 years (as far back as ice core records can go).  Oxygen is down (possibly due to deforestation).  Methane is off the charts as well, three times as much higher now in fact (which isn't necessarily good, Methane gas is much more powerful than any other GHG).  Pollution in general, in all forms, is higher today, particularly around populated areas.

  3. The CO2 content would be lower since there was fewer people.  Also, 500 years ago we were in the middle of a little ice age so the climate was cooler with travel being harder.  It was the start of the colonial period of the New World to spread out humans to make it easier to live.

  4. Air content 500 years ago would have contained less carbon dioxide. Today, you would be likely to find more than 50% of carbon dioxide compared to the past 500 years.

Humans are responsible for the huge increase of carbon dioxide. Over the years, humans has been slowly destroying the Earth without knowing it.

If only humans can realise their mistakes and have a change of heart before it is too late.
