Air freshener (that works)

Question

what air freshener/candle do you recommend that works

i have cat box in my room and it is making it smell really bad and dont say anything about getting something to put in my cat litter becuase if i do that my cats wont go in there

I have a cat too and Oust works the best.  Not to mention it works with smoking too.  Oh and yes, changing to a different brand of kitty litter.

I have two cats and I use a product called fridge it.  I read about it sometime ago and tried it for really smelly fridge.  It worked really well and then someone recommended it for litter box. Just hang it right on the side of the litter box.   Fridge-IT works terrific there too and totally unscented so it actually eliminates the odor rather than just cover it up.  I love this product.  You can get it at innofresh.com

When the weather is damp my cats' litter box is noticeable too even though it is clean.  I sprinkle a little baking soda on it and mix it in with the litter.  The cats don't even know it is there.

I also think the brand of litter makes a huge difference.  I only use Fresh Step and if that is unavailable for some reason Scoop Away.

Clean the pan daily and scoop any time you see something in there and you will be able to conquer the odor.
