Air horn on a bike?

Hey, is there a way to mount an air horn on a bike so that instead of the front brakes stop the bike, but squeeze the button on the air horn?

theres some product out there, the name skips my mind right now, but we carry it at the shop i work at.  You pump up the resivior with your bike pump and it sits in the water bottle cage.  It's realllllllyyyyyy loud and will definatly get attention.
