Air pressure problem

Question

when I turn on my Giotto all pressure drops immediately when I use the steam option (coffee works fine) for the first time. After the pressure builds up again, all seems to be working OK. This happens each time when using the machine. So why is this happening and how can this be resolved? It never happend before.
