AirDash USB stick problems finding the wireless...

Question

Loading the AirDash USB stick and it won't work. Seems to find the signal from the wireless router, but won't connect to the internet. When we Scan for signals, comes up blank. We are using the TRENDnet wireless firewall router.ThanksNancy
