Helpful, yes they save lives.

If the child is more than 4'9" (57 inches tall) yes but the safest place is in the middle of the rear seat.

Safe, yes and no.

Useful, same as helpful.

they help us by hpreventing us from hurting not only 12year old boy should  ithink everybody should use air bags prevention is better than cure
