  1. So far Emirates and Singapore Airlines are the only two airlines flying the A380. I believe Qantas is scheduled to receive the next one. Of those three Emirates is the only one (I believe) that operates to Toronto. However, I do not believe they plan to begin A380 service to Toronto any time soon. They are currently operating the A380 to New York-Kennedy, and the next planned destinations are London, Sydney, and Auckland. San Francisco and possibly Los Angeles and/or Houston are likely to be subsequent destinations, though the last two would require careful load planning.

It is possible that Airbus may make a test flight to Toronto, but it would be very difficult to find out if or when that may happen.

  2. They did some test flights there last year, so I'm not sure it'll be coming flying there anytime soon, the next time you'd see an A380 is when Air France starts regular service to Toronto with the A380 and that should be sometime next year or 2010.
