  1. If it is always dripping water, i could be due to the way the pipe is installed. But since you mentioned about jelly, you should read this article about what causes jelly built up. http://www.astiquer.com/ownersabo.html

  2. air conditioners always drip its just condensation.

  3. a window unit tilts lower in the back so the condensate drips out of a hole in the sleeve outside. if you have central air inside the house ( a closet?) you have a small drain line for the same purpose. pour a cup of drain opener in it every couple of months or add enzymes to your drain pan to help break up the slime from the water setting in there all the time. no need to use a strong drain product, it doesnt take much to open the drain and keep it going. liquid plumber works fine, wear safety glasses and rubber gloves when using drain openers ,some are pretty harsh.

  4. Air conditioners do drip. Isn't there a hose attached that can let the condensation drain away. We re-capture the water from our air conditioning unit to water the garden.

  5. It needs a trap,is not pitched correctly,or the pan is cracked.

Get a flashlight and check all.Good luck.
