Aircondition wont work?

It is a frideare thing or what ever i have no idea the model but the circuit braker still has juice in it, battery's are in the remote for it, it sits in the wall, it is the 20/20 outlet thingy and we took the outlet out and found bee's in it we got them out and still it isnt working, we bout a new outlet, new batterys it plugs into the wall and where it plugs in there is still electric running through it and I have no idea what to do what should i do

If you are sure you have power at the outlet, buy a new one.  It costs more to repair a window unit than to get a new one.
