Airconditioner doesn't switch on, it keeps on...

Airconditioner doesn't switch on and stay on but it switches itself off
Immediatetly  and flashes timer and operator green LEDs. This is the second time this happens, it was previously resolved by a reset done by the repair agent. How is this reset perfomed, cause power off doesn't work?
