Aircraft Development Costs - How much for what?

Could anyone tell me where I can find information on how much airframe manufacturers are paying for what in the development costs and I particular how much are they paying for their windtunnel and cryo tests (absolute and/or relative costs). What are the trends?

I am doing some research for my university and the ETW (Eurpean Transonic Windtunnel) and any help would be greatly appreciated.

At Boeing, I think it was about 10% of their revenue was spent on R&D.

With Airbus, government subsidies change their costs. All of the burden is not placed on the manufacturer. This is something that would need to be considered when estimating cost is the governments contributions or lack of taxation.
