Allegiantair.com.  You may have to drive a bit to get to the departure city, but it will be worth it.  Do you mean under six hundred dollars for three people?  Your question is a bit difficult to decipher.

The cheapest alternative for us this summer was to fly into Orlando using US Air.  Tampa is 45 minutes to an hour away.  We managed to even get a good deal with getting a rental car with tickets from Travelocity.  If you know someone who is a Florida resident, have them make any reservations for you because the Florida Resident discount is the best discount for anything!

We used Jet Blue earlier this year.  Tickets to Tampa were expensive, but the tickets for our return flight was very cheap.

There are no non-stop flights...but I found a lot of cheap deals on kayak.com  The prices are the same for each of them...unless you plan on getting an unaccompanied minor service for the younger ones.  I don't think that is necessary with them traveling with 2 18 year olds.  You didn't give any dates...so I just went 2 weeks out.  If you are looking for something sooner, you may find it to be a lot more expensive.  Look at the airlines on kayak.com and then compare the prices to the actual airlines websites.  A lot of these "discount" sites have extra booking fees that you don't pay when you book through the airlines....so sometimes it's actually cheaper.
