If I went into an officers program in the Airforce how hard would it be to do the physical requirements? I've heard horror stories about boot camps and drill sergents.

  1. How hard the physical part is depends on you.  I've had officers tell me it was nothing, others have said it was the worst thing they've ever done.  Probably depends on whether you are in ROTC in college, go to the Air Force Academy or just apply for Officer Training school.  I'm sure they're all different, but the point of all the programs is to push you to your absolute limit while still keeping your cool.  Every officer I talked to said that once they figured out their own little way of dealing with being overwhelmed, it got easier.  One of my LT's went to OTS when she was in her 30's, and not in the best shape of her life and she made it through.  You can do it fine, it just has to be something you really want are are willing to kick a** for.  :)
