Airline Courier out of Minneapolis?

Does anyone know of the best agency to be a airline courier flying out of Minneapolis airport. Are there a number of courier flights out of Minneapolis? What are some of the destinations?

Historically, the Twin Cites isn't known for a courier hub--never has been.  The closest city  where you would probably become a courier would be Chicago. The best I can do for you is give you the official link to the airport.  MSP (Minneapolis./St Paul) is considered 'Fly-over' country.
