im going to bring my psp on a plane on airfrance going to paris today at 6...all i hear is that your not supossed to have you WLAN switch off...why does it have to be off and what happens if i turn it on

  1. Electronic devices that send or receive signals cannot be used on an airplane unless that capability can be turned off -- that is why your PSP must have the WLAN turned off during the flight.  If it is turned on, there is a slight chance that the signals sent could interfere with the electronic equipment on the aircraft.
