Airline power outlet?

I am going on a plane ride to London from the US. I am flying on American Airlines in Coach. I bought Apple airline adapter for my macbook. Where exactly is that outlet in the seat?

You need to know what type of plane you are flying and if they have the adapters in the seats. Most of them are in the armrest or the front of it. Go to www.seatguru.com once you know what type of plane  and look up the model of the plane you are on and it will show you if it has a port.

Not sure, but you should call American and see if they even have an outlet.
