Airline ramp agent signals?

when they are conducting the direction of the plane, what are the signals?

Commercial aircraft using JetWay boarding and at most metro airports do not use hand given signals in and out of the blocks . The pilot follows the painted taxi lines on the ramp and puts the windscreen right on a suspended wooden bar that indicates the correct point to stop .
