  1. You spelt it right. Most if not all airlines carry them. Airline staff both on the ground and in the air usually make a special effort to take care of children flying alone.

Back in the 50's, flights between the UK and New Zealand took four days (with hotel stopovers) in piston-engined aircraft like the Super Constellation, DC-6 and DC-7.

  2. all airline will allow you to flight alone, you choose yourself which flight you want to take

  3. I believe that most airlines will allow you to travel alone, but you will most likely have to pay a fee to the airlines.  This basically is to cover someone to make sure you get picked up at the airport by someone, and that you don't have any problems during the flight.  For more specific info, you should call the airline and ask about their policies.

  4. all airlines let you go alone. have fun!

  5. Yep!

  6. Yes, most Airlines do allow unaccompanied minor with some restrictions,

It really does depend on what Airline you are flying on, they all have specific requirements.  example:

United ages 5-11 has mandatory um fee $99 each way

US Airways 5-14 mandatory um fee $100 ea way

AA 8-14 mandatory um fee $100 ea way

Delta 5-14 mandatory um fee $100

Each Airline also has different rules on the age of the children going on non-stop and connecting flights.

So first find out the different airlines that fly from your city to where you want to go...(nonstop if you can).  Then check their rules for unaccompanied minors and the fee.

    Have a fun trip!
