  1. The child of a friend of mine was flying to Florida.  The child suddenly started screaming upon descent.   The flight attendant gave the child a lolly-pop and explained that the sucking action would alleviate ear pressure.  Most adults can force a really big yawn to pop their ears to reduce pressure.  This would probably help with the dizziness too.  A sick-sack is the only suggestion I have for airsickness.

  2. Depending on your preferences a window seat may or may not help.  Looking out the window may alleviate your dizziness.  On the other hand if you're afraid of heights, it might make things worse.  Do you get motion sickness in a car?  Does looking out the window help in that case?

I'd take a Dramamine before the flight, that should help.

  3. i say some fresh minced ginger and just chew gum during take off and landings... the ginger helps with motion sickness

  4. Dramamine and either close the window shade or if looking out, look as far as you can - don't look down.

    Good luck

  5. tell the pilot to keep the plane on the ground and when he sees a mountain to use the hydraulics and jump it! or drink a bottle of Jim Beam or Just drive!............

  6. Drink water and take crammamine.  Besides 2 hour flight is actually an hour or so because of the takeoff procedures and then flying and then approaching and landing.  You shouldn't be flying all that high, probably as high as 10,000 to get out of the approach traffic airspace.
