ii am very cautious of going on a airplane, i need something to put me to sleep anything that can make me stop worrying, i am leaving tomorrow

  1. jus get tylenol pm or nyquil. either one will knock u out.

    or theres always like valium, which is kinda illegal. but hey, live life a bit!!


  2. Bring some Tylenol PM to take on the plane - take it about 30 minutes before you want to go to sleep.

    To help you relax, bring an iPod or MP3 player loaded with all of your favorite music and listen to it while you fall asleep.

    Works like a charm.

  5. melatonin is very good and pretty natural.  It basically reminds your body of its natural sleep cycle.  Just take some about 20 minutes before you want to go to bed.

    Alternatively, when I was younger my parents just doped me up on Nyquil.  Nasty side effects though.

  6. air planes r fun!!! i was on one for more than 9 hours and it was fun. but try to watch a movie, bring music, or a book. books for me distract me very well from some things

  7. you have better chances of being struck by lighting then being in a airplane crash

    Just watch a movie and the flight will be over in no time!

    or music. an average flight is about 2 hours long and an average song is about 2 minutes so listen to 60 songs

  9. Tylenol PM's will put you to sleep. If not, def. just have some relaxing music with you and some candy in your carry on to snack on.
