No not real. It is the work of a good photo shop artist using the parts of a Boeing 777 belonging to KLM Dutch Airlines in the Netherlands.

This is a picture of a B-777. The cockpit has been removed from its normal place and moved to the wing engine pylons on both sides. The engine has been moved from the engine pylons to the cockpit's location at the front of the fuselage. The rest of the picture appears to be unchanged. The aircraft has KLM markings. KLM is the national airline of the Netherlands.
