Airplane flight wednesday , scared of flying(a lot) what over the counter medication can i use to calm down?

my doctor was not available today, and isnt tomorrow. so what should i do? tomorrows canada day everythings closed here and i have a flight wednesday. is there any medication that i can just buy at a pharmacy to kinda calm me down, make me a bit drowsy?

i heard about benadryl.. but i dunno if its good on planes? HELP?

Dramonine is really excellent.  It takes away that gut wrenching feeling at take off and practically put you to sleep which is the best survival tactic on a flight.  Benadryl doesn't take away the motion sensation that stinks.

Yea Dramamine is good or take some Tylenol pm or some sleeping pills..I am scared too so I have to see if that will work for me when i go to west virginia.good luck!
