So, yes - I have seen them. Since I have seen things in the sky that I have not identified.

An Unidentified Flying Object is simply something you saw in the air that you could not identify at the moment.  A very common event on airline flight decks is the question, "What the heck was that?"

That does not mean that there are alien space ships flying around out there taking pictures of us.  That is a very different matter.

In 37 years as a professional pilot, I saw things I could not identify on numerous occasions.  I never saw anything that I or any other crew member thought might be an alien spacecraft.

The old saying is, "If you are looking for them, you will see them."  But alien space ships do not exist, and no reasonable person who is not particularly looking for one will think s/he has seen one.

Sorry.  Lots of "UFOs," but no alien space ships.
