  1. In the US, you can go to Flightaware.com, or FliteView which is a paid suscription. They will show all IFR flights current, proposed, or landed in the US.

  2. If you are looking at specific flights I like www.flightaware.com.

If you are looking for a realtime view of all traffic, Flight Explorer is a great tool.

  3. If you want to have radar capabilities you are going to have to install a radar capable antenna. These antennas range in price from 300 pounds to millions of pounds. The antennas that are available for home use or personal aircraft use are about 300 pounds. These systems are fairly good but are only good for avoiding collisions. Their range is exceptional for the size of the antenna. But will still only get you a couple hundred nautical miles.  Here is the website http://www.javiation.co.uk/sbs-1.html

  4. The FAA has a system that is call ETMS that folks used to be albe to get access to but that was before 9/11 it shows every aircraft in the world that has filed a flight plan into the shared database.  I did a quick look see and could only find references to it no feeds.

  5. Dear sir,

I have a new airplane radar ditector but it costs about $40,000 and i have other models with cheaper prices, if this price is expensive send me your budjet and i'll find you one..

  6. Try this website for a starter.

The second link is a Google Earth tracking that may be what you are thinking about.
