Airplane ticket help?

ok, so i bought an airplane ticket on the internet, but the ticket is not for me, its for someone in portland oregon (i live in sacramento california)....can i print the ticket and send it over there?

  1. yes you can print and send that,even you can ask your known one to print himself at portland


  2. You can........or you can send them the locator and they can print it out...........I assume the name on it is not yours.........

Tickets bought from Internet are normally e-tickets, not paper tickets.  What you can do is (1) print it out and fax to him/her or (2) give him/her the link and/or password and/or reference number and ask him/her to print it out or (3) e-mail the e-ticket to him/her.  When a person boards a plane, he or she must present the e-ticket and his or her own passport or photo ID if it's a domestic flight.
