  1. Nope, they are not that sensitive if you ever have any more questions about flying check out www.tsa.gov - the Transportation Security Administration, all the regulations what you can and can not bring - etc. Safe Travels!

  2. No they shouldnt, sometimes they make you take off your jacket so it can go through the scanner thing.

and no earings and stuff wont set it off, they are to small of metal.

  3. Nope UR fine! although they make ask u to take off your jacket if u  r referring to a zipper on an item like that,.. And facial peircing's are ok too!

Just don't wear anything else like a big belt buckle of wrist jewelry and u should be good to go ! Have a Blast !!

  4. You have to take your jacket off and put it through the X-ray machine at the security checkpoint, so you won't have to worry about it setting off the metal detector.

Facial piercings shouldn't set off the detector, but if they do, it will be easy for you to prove that that's all that set it off.

  5. You have to take your jacket off anyway before you go through the metal detector, so that's not an issue anyway.

As for the piercings, I have never seen someone with piercings set off the metal detector.  They aren't set to alarm at that level.  If you take off all your other metal objects, you should be fine.

If for some wierd reason you do set it off, the screener will do the hand wand procedure (all of it) and look at your face.  It won't cause a problem

  6. They require that you put your coat in the bin to go through x-ray, so no problem.

Before you go through security, speak with one of the TSA agents to point out your facial piercings.  They will probably do a wand scan on you.
