Airport for Zante?

Which airport do you fly to if you are going to Zante, and leaving from Liverpool John Lennon Airport?

A few mates have gone there, they are due back tomorrow and I have to pick them up, but I have been on the website, and none of the departure destinations seem to be from Zante...

there is only one airport

its just outside zante town

THEproper name is zakinthos

The only airport in the island is the Dionissios Solomos - National Airport of Zakynthos.Zakynthos is also called Zante:) ( Just like Corfu = Kerkyra)  I think the 3 letters code ZTH.

Actually there is not exactly one airport.

right next to the old one,has builted up the new department, where till now (for 2 years i think) was used only for the arrivals

but do not worry,the are next to each other(i mean the same landing area is used.just the buildings are changed)

There is only one airport in zante (Zakynthos) I am going in a few weeks and cant wait... thought I'd share woooooooohoooooooooo :P
