what type of criminal offence is this when you are waiting for your flight in the gated area of where planed park and you randomly without anyone knowing go in a gate without a boarding pass

Well...

there will be cabin crew, cleaners, pilots, dispatchers, gate agents and service agents to get past before you 'secretly' board the aircraft!

But it is a restricted area, and is protected against unauthorised passengers as - without a boarding pass - they MAY not have passed through the security check point, so nobody knows for sure wether they have anything they shouldn't have.

First of all are you talking about the gate area with the podium and where passengers check in?..........or are you talking about entering the jetway that leads to the aircraft?

Anyone who has a ticket for that day may enter any "gate area"

but only those with tickets for that specific flight can enter the "jetway" to board the plane.

The way security is, I would not recommend anyone trying to get on a flight they are not ticketed for.

You could be charged with a Misdemeanor or Criminal Trespass.

There is no way to "randomly" enter a gate. Airline employees have control of an open jetway door. Try it and you will be physically removed from the area. It's up to the airline or airport police to press charges, but mostly you'd probably get thrown out for sheer stupidity.

I don't know if it is probably wouldn't do much how would someone find out unless you told them.  Not sure how you would luck out unless you look really innocent
