Airsoft Guns are illegal in san diego???!?

i own an airsoft spring action sniper rifle gun, it has an orange tip. the other day i was in my backyard shooting cans, and the neighbor called the cops and they came in and told me "In San Diego, it is illegal to discharge anything whether it is metal or plastic from a firearm" and they took my airsoft gun away. i was not aiming it freely or at anyone(only shooting at cans in my backyard). is this really true?? what about nerf guns then, bunch of stupid laws now a days. why even sell this stuff if its illegal???

Yes, in San Diego everything except abortion, g*y marriage, debauchery, sodomy, devil-worship, perversion, PETA terrorism, s*x clubs, raves, marijauna, vegitarianism, facial tattooing, pornography production, and genital piercing is considered totally illegal.

Basically anything fun that you WON'T go to h**l for is illegal.

Stuff that's a sin in anybody's book....that's perfectly OK and has the full support of the S.D. and Ca state govt's.

So either jump up, light a joint, marry a man, praise satan, vote Obamma, and thank your government,

........or vote the b******s out, depending on how you feel about stuff like that.

you have serious constraints there because some stupid people ruined it for everyone and, robbed stores with them, in my county there is no rule not even a wooded area law( where you have to be in heavily wooded area) we can go out in the street and shoot each other our cops dont care, and sometimes have even sent there kids over to join in. but even if there was a law our cops wouldnt care, because they know enough that no ones gonna shoot at windows n stuff....

The cops are right. Unfortunately. It's not a San Diego thing... it's the county law... We have similar laws in some counties here in Texas.

well anywhere you go there are gonna be stupid laws and some ignorant people agree with all of them personally if you have ever been shot by an airsoft gun they hurt like h*** and they makeyou bleed but its still fun
