Airsoft gun choice, as a secondary gun which do you think ( help lol )?

Well im trying to decide on these two guns as my secondarys, One is a pistol that can shoot pretty good and FPS is ok but battery life is very bad and i cant upgrade the battery and the other is a pump shotgun that looks decent also here are the links - http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=3685

They both look like excellent pieces.

If you think you would have problems with the battery in the pistol though, go with the pump action shotgun.

they both look good, but the pistol doesn't look great in quality and the battery life could be an annoying but doable issue. id go with the shotgun cause it looks like it would be better for you and its also gonna save $23 dollars (shotgun-$25) (pistol-$48)

for a secondary gun, get the pistol, but electric pistols are slow to fire. Don't be afraid to splurge on a good gas pistol, like a glock 7 green gas with blowback, or a colt national match m1911 green gas with blowback, it will fire faster than any spring or electric pistol, and it will be very reliable.

The CYMA (CM030) Will be better than that shotgun, but it doesn't shoot very far or fast.

I own the CM030 and the battery will last fine for a back up.  I use an AEG though so I really don't need a backup and never carry it.

I couldn't imagine lugging a shot gun around too.
