Airsoft gun jam please help!!?

Question

I just sold my colt delta elite auto to my friend and the same day he has it...he jams it!!! and i have had the gun for a few years and it has never jammed and of course he wants his money back even though it was his fault so im trying to help him un-jam it and at first it was only 1 deformed bb but then he sticks the clip in and that put more bbs in it..2 to 3 more bbs to be exact and the bbs were stuck out side the inner barrel but are now in it and we cant get the bbs to come out please help for a picture of the gun (this isnt the same gun im talking about but its the same type of gun and modle) click on the link

I hate to tell you but the Colt Delta Elite airsoft pistol, particularly the clear models, are poorly designed junk. I have a friend who owns a store that sells damaged and returned items from Walmart andf other large retailers. She has 100-150 of these guns she's selling for 2$ apiece. You have to dig through a pile just to find one that pretends to work. If you want one bad enough to contact her and pay shipping, she'll sell you one...or ten... really cheap. I've seen this kind of jamming before, and aside from taking the gun apart, you can't do anything. You could try to ram them out from the muzzle using a long rod, but that might just ruin it more. The only thing I can see is tell him that the moment he paid for the gun, it was no longer your problem, and that he is at fault because it never jammed before, so he must have misused it.

take the clip out and c**k it back and shake it if that dose not work the have somebody hold it ****** back and put an air compresser in the hole that graves the bb and turn it on the bb's will fly out of the barrel
