Airsoft gun question

Question

i have an mp5 and there's a switch that can either be on 's' - safety, or 'e' or 'f'. anyone know what the f or e stands for or what it actually does?

on my airsoft mp5, s is saftey, e is single shots and f fires many bullets very rapidly. you just have to hold in the trigger and it fires like crazzzzzzy!!!!!

My best guess would be that "e" means Semi-Automatic fire and "f" means Full-Automatic Fire.
