Airsoft professionals?

Do some of the pros use high end spring models? Like handgun spring guns?

So many things wrong.

There are no airsoft pros.

There are no high end spring handguns.

i understand what your asking and no the only spring guns used in pro level games are sniper rifles like the dragonov.

spring snipers are the quitest and most powerful  and usualy most reliable.

You can't go pro at airsoft.  It isn't a sport.  It is a recreational activity.
