Airtemp AC unit, squealing blower motor

Question

I have an older Airtemp air conditioner (probably early-mid 80's, it has a fake wood cover) that has always worked very well... Until the blower fan started making a squealing sound, which I am assuming means a worn bearing?I am not sure what model it is...where is the model number located on the unit? And where can I find parts for it? Thanks
