I think it all started with Swisher, Bobby Jenks, and Toby Hall.  They all bleached their goatees for some charity I think.  It sort of caught on, and since then Uribe and Pierzynski have bleached their hair too.  But I guess AJ wanted to make a bigger statement and did his whole head!

Oh and now Swisher has a line of shirts based on this.  It is all for a good cause.  To read about the shirts and a little more about how it got started you can go to Swisher's website.  It is in his journal under April 21 and April 8.
