The Eredivisie champions have reportedly offered the former PSV Eindhoven midfielder a new contract that will tie him with the club until the summer of 2015.
Reports from Amsterdam Arena confirm that Ajax Amsterdam have offered http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ismail-Aissati-c17108 a three-year extension to his current contract that is due to expire in the summer of 2012.
The 23-year-old started his professional career at http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Twente-c39233 Enschede.
De Joden management was impressed with the then 19-year-old’s performances, and lured him to Amsterdam Arena in the summer of 2008 on a deal believed to be around four-million Euros.
The promising midfielder failed to cement his place in the starting eleven, and was loaned to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Vitesse-c40905 Arnhem on a season-long deal at the start of the 2010/11 campaign. The midfield ace managed to make headlines for all the good reasons consistently while
plying his trade at GelreDome Stadion.
Although, he only scored four goals while setting up five more in 30 Eredivisie matches, his presence at the centre of the park played an integral role in the Arnhem outfit’s successes.
Aissati returned to Ajax in the summer of 2011, and only made three appearances for the Amsterdam giants until the winter break. However, the Amsterdammers head coach, Frank de Boer, was forced to use the midfielder regularly in the second-half of the recently
concluded season after most of his first-team players were sidelined due to injuries.
The Moroccan International grabbed the opportunity with both hands, and played an important part in his side’s title charge in the final weeks of the 2011/12 season.

Amsterdam Arena until the summer of 2015.
Reports indicate that the Moroccan midfielder is expected to put pen to paper on the new deal in the coming days.
