Ajax Amsterdam will face http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Twente-c39233 Enschede in the KNVB beker Cup final at the De Kuip Stadion on Sunday, May 8, a week before both sides meet at Amsterdam Arena in the Eredivisie title-deciding duel on Sunday, May 15.
Frank de Boer, Ajax Amsterdam manager, believes Eredivisie title is more important than KNVB beker Cup. However, he admitted that his side will not take the upcoming duel easily and will try to emerge victorious.
Boer said, “It is a price which is why I attach great importance to be sure. But if I had to choose I'll go for the championship, but you have no guarantee that you will also win the title.”
The outfit from Amsterdam are the reigning Dutch Cup champions, but their energies seem focused on the Eredivisie title hunt. De Boer’s men have not won the Eredivisie title since their triumph in 2003/04 season, and the 40-year-old tactician is looking
to bring the coveted prize back home this season.
“I think it's important for Ajax. All the fans who have awaited long for a championship, we will do our best.” Boer added.
The Amsterdammers have to do without the services of their prolific striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mounir-El-Hamdaoui-c26905, in the upcoming clash as the forward is sidelined with an injury. The Moroccan International is the leading goal scorer for Ajax, scoring 13 goals in 26 appearances.

thrilling contest between the two exceptional Dutch sides as the two teams seem eager to enthral many in Enschede and Amsterdam.
