The Argentinean striker is on the verge of completing his move to the Ligue 1 outfit after the two sides reached an agreement over his transfer, though, the 28-year-old has yet to agree personal terms.
Reports from Amsterdam Arena confirm that OGC Nice have successfully reached an agreement with Ajax Amsterdam over Dario Cvitanich for an undisclosed fee.
The 28-year-old will reportedly put pen to a contract that will keep him at Stade Municipal du Ray until the summer of 2015 after agreeing personal terms in the next couple of days.

and 2011/12 campaign respectively.
Cvitanich made 30 Eredivisie appearances for the Amsterdam giants and netted 13 goals during his two-season stay at Amsterdam Arena before being sent out on loan deals in the next two seasons.
Nice, who finished 13th on the Ligue 1 table in the season ended, had been looking to strengthen their squad before the start of the 2012/13 campaign, and the club saw the 28-year-old striker as a perfect addition to
their squad.
Les Aiglons have recently appointed Claude Puel as their new manager after the club failed to perform under the guidance of Eric Roy, who was sacked due to poor showings in November 2011, in the 2011/12 campaign.

However, none of the aforementioned acquisitions are attack minded, forcing the club to set their sights on Ajax’s Cvitanich.
Should Le Gym successfully manage to acquire the services of the former Boca Juniors hit-man from the Amsterdammers, it would certainly boost their chances of finishing in the top-half of the Ligue 1 table next term.
