The Belgian stopper has admitted that his side’s upcoming UEFA Champions League game will not be a walk in the park, but has expressed confidence that they can secure a good result if they play their own game.

The Belgian central defender has admitted that he faces an uphill task to keep Die Borussen striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Robert-Lewandowski-c31255, quiet throughout the 90 minutes, while revealing optimism that his side has a good chance of achieving a good result at home.
“It's a big challenge for me to stop Lewandowski. He's very good and I will see a lot of him in my zone. As a defender I have to try to play my own game because we can get out of the pressure in that way. If we stay focused and keep playing our own style,
we will create chances”, Alderweireld said while talking to reporters in the pre-match press conference.
Lewandowski, who has been plying his trade at Signal Iduna Park since the summer of 2010, has been in impressive form for the past couple of seasons. However, his movement upfront thus far this term has caused all sorts of problems for even the likes of
Manchester City and Real Madrid.
Netting nine goals while proving three assists in 15 games in all competitions, the Polish international has remained the most consistent player in the German champions’ squad.
The 24-year-old netted the winner in his side’s opening game of the Europe’s top tier club competition against the Amsterdammers on September 18, and would be keen to stage another scintillating show to secure his side’s progression to the next phase of
the tournament.
De Joden boss, Frank de Boer, has also heaped praise on the Bundesliga outfit, and has revealed that he enjoys a healthy relationship with the Borussians head coach, Jurgen Klopp.
“Dortmund are comparable with Ajax. They always want to play football and they do this with a relatively young squad. That's why I have a good relationship with [coach] Jurgen Klopp. We congratulated each other win the results against Manchester City and
Real Madrid last two matches”, De Boer was quoted as saying to the media.
Ajax are currently third while Borussia Dortmund are sitting at the summit of Group D.
