  1. J&G, AIM, SARCO, INTERARMS, SOG, CIA, just name a few.

  2. Check out gunbroker. You should be able to find what you want there.

  3. J&G Sales may have a model you are looking for -- Check this link...

    http://www.jgsales.com/index.php/rifles/...

  4. Any gun store. The issue is most ak's come with a synthetic black pistol grip. Your going to be paying 400-450 and then you might have to include sales tax and then a replacment wood pistol grip.

  5. You can buy a brand new Romanian AK-47 semiauto rifle for $379 in 7.62 X 39mm at www.jgsales.com, a gunstore based in Arizona .  I have bought all of my guns from them, they don't just have good prices on their guns, you will find bargains on the ammo too. I hope that I was able to help and feel free to check their website anytime.

  6. jgsales.com, gunbroker.com <search AK 47>, Local Gun shop

  7. Get the WASR  at a gun show for less than $400 or a SAR if you can find one for around $500 and pay an extra $100 or so for the furniture you want

    Report clowns like King Jam

Let them know it cost them to troll here

It takes at least two reports

  8. Your best bet would be to cruise the local pawn and gun shops and see if you can find a Norinco MAK-90 with the square cut receiver. They are hovering around the $500.00 range these days, and a better AK-47 for that kind of money you will not find.

Unlike most of the "cut and paste" rebuilds on the market now, MAK-90's were made in military arsenals with appropriate quality control procedures, and they are a ton of fun to shoot.

You can get a WASR if you have to, but they're nowhere near as good a rifle as the cheapest Chinese AK's.

  9. OK , you wont find a Russian AK 47 for under $500 but there are a lot of AK variants out there that are in your price range.

Your best bet wuold be a WASR 10 (Romania) or a Saiga (Russia). You may also find some Yugos or Chinese.

Here is a link and this shop has great prices and quality variants.

JG guns has good prices but you wont get the quality that you are expecting. They have bottom of the barrel surplus. Its not bad if you are looking to swap out the wood for composite.
