Akasaka Weekly Mansion Haunted?

Hello, I'm doing research on the haunted places in Japan. I found from my research that Akasaka Weekly Mansion was supposedly haunted, but i havent found the reason why this place became haunted.

Was someone murdered there? Were there suicides?
