  1. Neither.

    K-Rod.

  2. Cliff Lee. His breaking ball almost reminded me of Barry Zito's when he was in his prime. His control is flatout great and deserves to be Cy Young. Not K-Rod because the reason he has more saves is because he has been given more opportunities than the rest of the closers. For example, who would you pick Joe Nathan ( saves) or K-Rod ( saves). I think we know who would have more saves if both were given the same number of save opportunities or if Nathan was on the same Angels team. Just compare the stats and see for yourself:

    K-Rod: 2-2 48-53 SV 53.1 IP 39 H 29 BB 58 Ks

    Nathan: 0-0 35-38 SV 55 IP 36 H 13 BB 61 Ks

As you can see, Nathan has better stats but this isn't about Cliff Lee and K-Rod. Its about Lee and Halladay. Halladay has been great with a better Hits per inning than Lee but look at his W-L record. 15-9!!! Look at Lee: 18-2!!! Yes his hits per inning is worse but his record is outstanding. Besides shouldn't we give it to him because Roy was already Cy Young before and we all know Lee most likely won't be this dominant next year and years after......

  3. Cliff Lee more than Roy Halladay.

  4. More like Cliff Lee or Dice-K Matsuzaka

  5. Cliff Lee. Although Roy has more nasty pitches, it's Cliff who's winning despite the Tribe's struggles this year.

  6. This isn't even much of a competition I mean they both have similar numbers, but just take a look at the win column and tell me who you're going to pick.

  7. Halladay. He finishes what he starts. Plus, won-loss records don't tell the whole story.
