Al Gore versus dancing lemurs?

Should dancing lemurs be in charge of our government instead of the contemptible idiots we elect?

Lemurs like fun, a strong navy and low taxes so Huzza! for dancing lemurs and boo! to all else.

This sounds like a solid proposal.  However much Al resembles a lemur, an ACTUAL lemur could do wonders.  And if we got him a little lemur suit, he'd look all professional and adorable, and who wouldn't vote for him?? His dancing would have to be somewhat abated for his term, but I'm sure any self-sacrificing dancing lemur would be up for it.  "Lemurs 08" buttons may be costly however...
