The coach dismissed all the claims that linked him with his former club, Fluminense, and
insisted to stay at the club following an outstanding season.

meeting the next week.
Earlier in the week, Braga’s closest source revealed that the Brazilian would find himself once again on the Fluminense bench when the new Brasilian Serie A season starts from May 21.
The manager himself has left the matter in the hands of Al Jazira officials and mentioned that he would accept whatever decision comes his way.
He added, “With regards to my contract and whether I will be continuing or not, it’s not my decision. I hope though I will continue with Al Jazira. Everything will be clear by next week. If I stay with the team, I will continue with them. Otherwise, I don’t
know. It’s in the hands of the gods.”
The Club’s Argentine midfielder, Matias Delgado, also reserved praise for Braga and hoped to see him continue as manager during the upcoming 2011/12 season. He also expressed his delight at the club’s massive achievements this season, which includes the
UAE Pro League and the President’s Cup.
The midfielder concluded by saying, “I hope he stays because he’s a very good coach and we’re very good with him. He’s a good person, who has won two trophies with the Etisalat Pro League title and the President's Cup, so everybody hopes the manager is here
to stay next season. I hope to stay at Al Jazira with Braga for many years because we’ve won everything this season.”
The upcoming week would decide whether the Brazilian’s three-year coaching tenure will increase or will it be all over for the 58-year-old in UAE.
