The 28-year-old Argentine, Matias Delgado, has expressed his desire to play under the coaching of the legendary http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Diego-c11058. The 50-year-old was just recently announced as the coach of UAE based club, Al Wasl, which has made the midfielder delighted at
the prospect of meeting Diego in UAE.
Delgado is the only Argentine based player playing in the UAE Pro League and has enjoyed a decent form ever since he landed at Al Jazira Mohammed Bin Zayed Stadium. He mentioned that it would be an honour meeting the World Cup winner but it would even have
been bigger playing under the guidance of a personality like him had he come to Al Jazira.
He though wished all the very best to his current coach, Abel Braga, and hoped that the Brazilian stays for a long time in the wake of some outstanding performances. Delgado cleared that he never wants his current manager to leave as the team has been playing
as a unit under the 58-year-old and there is no reason for the manager to even consider leaving.
Former Besiktas J.K. player added, "I would love to play for Diego, but only if he comes to Al Jazira. Having said that, I hope Abel Braga [the current Al Jazira coach] stays here for many years. He told that he has had an extraordinary 2010/11 campaign and hailed his team for putting up a terrific

He also thanked the officials and fans who have been quite supportive towards him and believed that more playing time will only help him earn more confidence. Delgado wished to make his way into Argentina’s national squad and believed that his stint at UAE
would help him a lot in this regard.
The Argentinean joined Al Jazira in 2010 and since then has netted in three goals from a total of 15 League appearances.
