Al capone in time magazine, positive or negative???

hi i was studying al Capone and his work. The time Magazine from america published an issue with Capone on the front. (volume XV, no.12) i was wondering if anyone could tell me if this article about him was positive or negative about him and his work. thanks

It was neither, it just reported the sordid details, and lets the reader draw their own conclusions.
