If I get a motorcycle license in Alabama, can I use it in Georgia? And what other states can I use it in?

Any state drivers/operators license is valid in any other state. If you were licensed in Alabama BEFORE 1990 and still have that valid license, you are already licensed for motorcycles. The restriction codes will be "D" and "M" on the license.
